1. Reservations and Bookings

1.3 Guaranteed Reservations: Reservations are guaranteed only when secured with a valid credit card or advance payment as required.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 14:00. Early check-in may be available based on room availability.
2.2 Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 12:00. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
2.3 Identification: Guests must present valid identification at check-in as required by local regulations.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
3.1 Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date are generally eligible for a full refund, unless specified otherwise in your booking terms.
3.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
3.3 No-Shows: Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification may result in cancellation of your entire reservation and applicable charges.
3.4 Modifications: Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Rates: All rates are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
